Jason Tepfenhardt
Jason Tepfenhardt is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Tx3 Services. He is responsible for business operations and developing strategic solutions and services that enable Life Sciences companies to meet regulatory requirements for computerized systems in a more cost effective and efficient manner.
With over 20 years of Life Sciences industry experience, Jason has been successful in applying technology to deliver innovative solutions that derive real value from the computer systems validation life cycle. He has held positions as an Analytical Chemist at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, IT Engineer at Wyeth, Validation and Compliance Specialist at CimQuest, Quality Systems Manager & Director of Quality Management at ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services (now PRA), and Vice President of Operations for the Life Sciences Practice at Genilogix / Avnet. He holds a BS in Environmental Science from William Patterson University and a MBA in Technology Management from Drexel University.
Eric Toburen
Eric Toburen is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Tx3 Services. His focus is on developing client and partner relationships to provide best in class technology driven IT solutions to the Life Science industry sector.
Prior to Tx3, Eric spent 12 years co-managing the Healthcare and Life Science Practice at Genilogix / Avnet. In addition he has held various roles including: leading a sales team for a Computer Systems Validation Company, 3 years in the Pharmaceutical Center of Competence for a large global process automation company, 5 years managing Latin American Sales and Distribution, and 2 years in Singapore managing Sales & Distribution in Asia. He holds a BS in Mathematics from Gettysburg College.
Henry Farris
Henry Farris is the Chief Technology Officer for Tx3 Services. He is responsible for providing solutions and services for the Life Sciences industry IT and Quality organizations.
Henry has worked in Information Technology and Software Development organizations for over 20 years specializing in process and test automation. Prior to joining Tx3 Services, Henry was the Healthcare and Life Sciences Director of Technical Solutions and the Archive Manager Product Owner at Avnet Services. He was also a Practice Manager for Genilogix, focusing on HP Application Lifecycle Management and Performance Center implementations as well as training services.
Laurie Canning
Laurie Canning is the CFO for Tx3 Services. She is responsible for managing the company’s overall financial strategy and operations.
Laurie has over 25 years of financial reporting, cash flow management and accounting operations experience including 10 years in the Life Sciences Information Technology industry. She holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Temple University and passed the CPA exam in Pennsylvania. Laurie started her career in the insurance industry where she served as Manager of Accounting Operations at CIGNA Reinsurance Company and Director of Financial Reporting for the ACE Group before making the move to IT where she has held the position of Controller for Genilogix and CFO for Professional Implementation Consulting Services.
