Whether it is the design of the application, infrastructure decisions or data center considerations, we strive to practice a layered, pragmatic approach to security. We utilize secure coding practices, routine monitoring and periodic review of security procedures to create secure, quality products.

   In addition to high availability, we provide business continuity and disaster recovery with cloud backups and a secondary data center that can be used in case the primary data center is compromised. We run practice Data Recovery drills yearly and have written, validated Disaster Recovery procedures. During our practice drills and periodic review of our procedures we ensure that our backup/restore policies, redundant server availability and data center locations are enough for our current needs and adjust them as necessary.

   We have a comprehensive testing program that utilizes automated and manual testing to discover security related bugs early. Security testing is part of our validation paradigm and is considered at every point in the lifecycle of our products.

Through daily meetings, development team posts and various other communication methods, we keep our entire organization informed about security concerns and issues.
